Joel was born in Wilmington, N.C. and is co-founder of Seventh Knight, Inc. Joel has 25 years experience in interfacing market segmentation and product development at successful companies both large and small. He has worked with organizations in both the public and private sectors. He works particularly in cyber security innovation emphasizing on intrusion threats and data mining. Joel also specializes in efficient network management.

Joel mediates the psychological temperament of team members involved in the technology development, corporate strategy, and customer relations in an effort to manage multiple projects. He also aims to create corporate cohesion and financial success.

In 2012, he co-founded Lifting Lives Ministries, Inc., a non-profit Christian charity that provides shelter and educational services to whole-homeless families. Today, Lifting Lives operates the largest family shelter in Mississippi. Joel continues leading the charity and consulting on business projects.

Joel resides in Vicksburg, MS with his wife and two children. He holds several counseling certificates, a bachelor of arts degree, and plans to finish a master of arts in historical theology.
